RETURN POLICY

Products purchased on the Puzzlefold.com website can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for return, products must be in new, unused condition with the packaging intact. To clarify, the shrink-wrap plastic on the puzzle booklet must be intact (the product can sometimes be wrapped in additional materials, the state of which doesn’t affect the eligibility for return).

Shipping charges for the return are paid by the customer. After the product is received and its condition verified, you can expect to see the refund within 4 weeks.
